As requested here is the Raspberry Bites recipe from our 21 Day Health & Wellness Program, warning they are super delicious, you may want to take note of the tip at the bottom of the recipe. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
4 medjool dates
1/2 cup cashews or sunflower seeds
1 cup desiccated or shredded coconut
1 tablespoon almond meal
1 tablespoon honey
Place all ingredients in food processor and whiz until all combined.
Roll mixture into balls and roll in some desiccated coconut.
*tip – freeze in 2 bites portion sizes and pull out portion at a time as needed (this will prevent eating them all at once because they are soooooo delicious.)
