Hello! Here is the information on how our health and wellness program works.

Rose Lane Health & Wellness have put together a simple and easy kick-start health and wellness plan for you to get on your journey today!

We have made meals simple, so buying ingredients is simple, the entire 21 days is an ease into starting a healthy life.
There are detailed pages of everything you need to know and do. Print off all the pages so you can look through them and plan your 21 days.

We are going to have you feeling sensational at the end of your 21 day program – mind, body and soul! Whether you are trying to loose weight, clear your skin, have a healthy glow, feel energised, feel great, have a healthy mind and spirit then this is a gentle easy way to get on your health and wellness journey.

For 21 days keep it simple and get on your wellness journey!

Daily: (all lists, recipes, benefits, and information are provided)

1. Your morning ritual

2. Followed by:

Selecting a daily breakfast from 5 easy healthy breakies
Selecting a daily lunch from 5 simple healthy lunches
Selecting a daily main meal from 5 yummy easy dinners
Selecting 2 snacks from the snack list
Selecting a treat from the goodies list
(There is also a list of anytime drinks and snacks.)

3. Your evening ritual

4. Also for the next 21 days you have to:

Select a ‘just for you’ activity from the ‘My Time’ list or choose your own
Select a ‘move your booty’ activity from the ‘My Beautiful Body’ list
Select a daily mantra
Perform a minimum of 1 random act of kindness for anyone you like
Be grateful for at least 3 things every day

We have included 21 days pages that you are going to fill in, with what you selected to eat and drink, the additional activities chosen, how you are feeling at the end of each day, how your body reacted to your exercise, the food you ate, for example after eating oats and milk you felt bloated.

Noting all these things for 21 days will help you know what your body likes and doesn’t like, need and does not need.

Writing down what you eat, how you moved, and why you are grateful is so you can monitor yourself, what works for you, what makes you feel good and happy.
